Return & Exchange Policy

At LAVIE BEAUTY, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened cosmetics, makeup, or skincare products
  • Opened or used hair products and wigs
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at laviebeauty42@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for your return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at laviebeauty42@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
